Research shows that people who oftenly take sugary drinks gain weigh at high rates than people who do not take them oftenly. It is recommended to take water more oftnely than fruit juice and sugary drinks for great results.


2. Eat a high-protein breakfast.

Some research has shown that eating a high-protein breakfast can reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day.

It is therefore recommended that you eat high-protein foods early in the morning like milk, eggs etc.

Calorie intake can lead to weight gain so it is recommeded to take protein foods once in a while for breakfast.


3. Drink water a half hour before meals.

One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 51% over 3 months. Drinking atleast 7 glasses a day can not only reduce the amount of toxins excreted by the kidney but also keep your skin moistened thus improving your beauty.

This is because it gives them motivation to continue with the aspect of losing weight. For anything you do, self motivation is the primary key key to success. 5.Get a good night's sleep or rest.

Some research shows that not only damaging the brain cells, poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is very important. It is also recommended to give the muscles enough time to rebuild back after gym. This can be achieved through a great night sleep or rest.


6. Aoid eating processed foods.

Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. It is recommended to base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Whole foods like fresh fish are great for the body and prevent cases related to overeating thus reducing the chances of weight gain.
