"Tested methods with effective results from a real #life experience."

“Are you going through a very hard time? Do you feel hopless? Have you lost a loved one? Are you feeling stuck in life? If you are in this position, this post is for you.”
Do you feel so #depressed and sad? You are not alone. I have been there before and i can't say that i have escaped depression or pain permanetly. I have been in worse situations like you too. At one point of my life, i battled with cancer. I really do not know the kind of pain and struggles you might be going through but what i can asure you is that you are still loved. There are people who still love and cherish you so much. If you have no one to talk to, am available. Do not die in silence with pain. Depression and pain is a path in life ranging from a variety of factors like failing to get a job, dropping out of college, struggling with a loan, losing a loved one, marriage break down etc. I can not asure you that these 6 methods will work for you but they have been very affective for me up to date.
1. Avoid using social media for some time.
The primary cause of depression today is the influence and addiction to social media. This has made us to compare our lives with other people who take selfies of luxury and enjoyment yet they are also going through silent battles of pain. Most of it is faked so do not be left in the gap of regretting or comparing yourself to anyone. I urge you to get off social media for 2 weeks, shut out the World and concentrate on your health, dreams or the people you love. Give it a break of two weeks, read a book if possible and enrich your mind. If it is to urgent, atleast use your email address, phone messages and phone calls. Avoid social media totally and see how your life will change.
2. Talk to a friend.

Talking to a friend always helps. Some research shows that sharing pain with a friend can reduce sadness and pain.
Whenever i got sad and depressed in my 20's, i used to share my sad moments with my best friends. I still do the same up to date and it quickly takes away the pain. Friends are not only our second guardian angels but also sisters and brothers. They will always be there to hug and give us hope with more better options. If you have no friend to reach out, do not die in silence am avilable. You can reach out through my contact section.
3. Avoid reaching out to your phone when you wake up in the morning.
Some research has shown that the most depressed people in the World are those who access their mobile phones in the morning as number one priority. I never use my phone for the first 1 hour when i wake up in the morning. I use that hour to plan my day, meditate and pray. Accessing your phone totally distructs you off and can lead you into further tempatations of accessing social media early in the morning which can propmt you to posts that make your life feel worthless. Avoid your phone and view of your e-mail for the first one hour when you wake up.
4. Read a book or watch motivational videos.
Research has shown that the most #successful business men like #Bill Gates read less than 12 books a year. Why do you think they read books. They read books to enrich their souls and mind. If you can not read and too busy, i suggest you spare atleast 1 hour per day for a chapter atleast or you can watch motivational videos. These videos can be found on youtube.com and most of them are free. I sugget that you purchase books depending on what you insticts tell you from amazon. If you want a list of books that are motivational, i will share the list next time.
5.Occupy your mind with postive activities.
Avoid activities that are going to waste out your body such as use of illegal drugs to pass time. You can choose to go for a hike, gym, road walk, highway drive, swimming and camping. Have you seen all these activities! they are all body benefitial activities.
